At present, senior advocate of Gujarat High Court and the Supreme Court of India Shri Sudhir I. Nanavati, the Managing Trustee of   C.U.Ronak Foundation, guides the college with his unique vision. With his intellectual, moral and academic encouragement, the college has progressed well in the recent times. Keeping pace with the modern trends in education, the college has started offering the B.Com degree course through English medium from the current academic year. It is a matter of great pleasure that Shri Devang S. Nanavati, as a trustee of our college, provides us enthusiastic leadership with his youthful, dynamic and inspiring personality.

Throughout the academic year, the college conducts co and extra curricular activities for the multisided development of our students. Keeping pace with the growing needs of the academia as well as globalization, liberalization and privatization, the college has implemented current pro-educational practices like industrial visits, publication of souvenir, offering General Knowledge tests to our students, active participation in cultural, intellectual and professional events, social welfare activities and workshops of fine arts.

In order to fulfill our vision of producing competitively and professionally sound commerce graduates, we focus entrepreneurship and personality development among our students. We believe in combination of value-based and need-based education that can best serve the purpose of making our students aptly eligible for the real local and international market situations and conditions wherein they are supposed to be employed after graduation.

The teaching faculties of the college have always put in their hearts to inculcate right kind of educational and professional values among our young learners. They have always been keen on learning and updating themselves on newer aspects in the academics and professional fields. The administrative staff has been quite efficient to provide basic infrastructural facilities and their dealing with the students has been co-operative. The students, on their part, learn the value and importance of discipline, punctuality, sense of responsibility and commitment during their course of study at our college.
